Over the next four weeks, we'll guide you through effective, beginner-friendly dumbbell workouts, just 15 minutes a day, four days a week. You'll sculpt muscles, yes, but you'll also sculpt a new sense of self. We'll focus on proper form, gradual progression, and celebrating every small victory along the way.
