I LOVE THIS CHALLENGE! I feel like I have never looked better but Adelaide also cares about before and after stretches, she also reaches out throughout the week. This challenge has been amazing and I hope she does another one! If not, i’ll be doing this for the next 6 months lol.

I love this program! It’s fun and has great instructions, so it’s super easy to follow and I already feel so much stronger. Adelaide gives off such good energy and shares amazing advice!
