Feeling good, can’t always do every day with having the 2 kids but I’m trying to do 5 days a week at least! Then on the other 2 days if I can’t do it I just make sure I eat well and lower my calories

For this week, I'd love a bit more variety in the exercises. Could you also give a general weight range so I have an idea of what to lift? I could also use some form tips to avoid injury and some post-workout stretches.

I really enjoyed the 6 day workouts. At first it was tough but got better as I went. Alana is great at explaning each exercise. I'll do it a few more times.

I think the exercises she provides are amazing and challenging! Definitely a good workout! Quality of videos and instruction is why I have it 4 stars.

I like type of exercises. I would appreciate to know which weights have Alana by each exercise. And to have separated the whole training in gym or at home (no to wait by each exercise on the end how look it when I want to train at home).
