Hey everyone! I’m so excited to bring you this challenge! Over the next 6 weeks, we’re going to push each other to work hard and get those summer bodies we always dreamed of. I’m super excited for the training & cardio protocol we have set for these 6 weeks. This challenge will have a full training protocol, cardio recommendations, and nutrition principles/education over the course of the 6-weeks. I'm also super excited for the private community, which is directly integrated for us all to chat it up, share photos, & get to know each other better. Can’t wait for this!
