Daily Bare Minimum Movement Requirement
This challenge includes your scheduled workouts inside the app, but the real goal is to build the habit of showing up for yourself every single day.
Each day, you must complete some form of intentional movement 5 minutes or more and submit proof in the group.
This can be:
Your assigned workout
A walk
Stretching
A short bodyweight circuit
Mobility work
A bike ride
A quick 5–10 minute movement session
The rule is simple:
Move your body every day for more than 5 minutes. No perfection. No all-or-nothing. Just proof that you showed up.
To submit, post in the group with:
“Day ___ Movement Complete”
Then include either:
A screenshot from your watch/app
A photo after your walk/workout
A quick check-in saying what you did and for how long

I love these. I do them at night at home with my setup. I HATE going to the gym at night and normally I sit home after work on the couch and eat.
