The Selfish Mom Challenge

I love these. I do them at night at home with my setup. I HATE going to the gym at night and normally I sit home after work on the couch and eat. Watching TV is my me time after working all day 6-7 days a week. But I am able to do my workouts an still watch my shows. I feel so much better already. It’s a realistic workout.
