I love the burn leg day was not as bad as the 1st week I was fighting for my dam life šš but today was good I also did add in hip abductions and finish off strong & faster than last week thanks anaaaa š«¶š¾

I just finished up week 1 and Iām am loving it, the workouts are great and the community of woman that post and chat are awesome. I also like that Ana is involved in responding and engaging us as well.
