Squat challenge, a great challenge, I got some of my guys at work to do it with me. Did I get all 30 days, no. But caught up when I could. Broke it up into like 20 squats every couple hours. Core challenge, I did the routine that was posted on my weekends, it definitely was a good burn. I added 30secs or a couple reps to my own just for the added effort. But the routine was doable and gave a great feeling afterwards.
