This program is exactly what I've been looking for! With three lower body days, and two upper days, this is the perfect program. The exercises aren't overly complicated or weird as some programs that I've tried are , yet, it's challenging and will sculpt your body if you put in the work and with proper nutrition.

As I wrote in my first comment, I find the program very inspiring. I am a lover of fitness and bodybuilding and I couldn't wait to enter the program and learn a little about how these people train. The program caught my attention because Anfisa explains on her Instagram that it is based on the exercises she does. I use to look for videos of female bodybuilders and few years ago, I found Anfisa in a video there she was talking about how she was preparing to compete. I continued watching other videos and I found Anfisa's story on the reality show 90 day fiancé and it caught my attention because I could see that Anfisa is a very disciplined and intelligent girl and she knows how to fight for what she wants.

Like group input. Wish little description of each work-out was displayed so I wouldn't have to Google them.
