Over the next 12 weeks, we’ll move through three intentional phases: Body Awareness & Safety (Weeks 1–4) where we learn how to read your body, understand pain vs discomfort, and build a strong foundation; Gym Confidence & Progression (Weeks 5–8) where you begin lifting with structure and learn how to progress your workouts with more confidence; and Ownership & Integration (Weeks 9–12) where everything clicks and you step into independence — knowing what you’re doing, why you’re doing it, and how to keep going beyond the program.
