I loved how easy it was to stay consistent with the exercises and to challenge yourself on the increasing the weight/reps. What I wish to see more of demonstrations of proper usage of the resistance bands as to what they have for the dumbbells. Other than that, it was still a great challenge to accomplish! 10/10 would definitely do another one.

10/10 so far! Iām moving onto week 4 of the challenge and Iām already looking forward to the next one. Itās been helping me so Iām not clueless in the gym, Iām seeing progress and the community is the best part!

Amazing! The workouts are fool proof and amazing. She is very detailed. Iāve had a few personal trainers I had to let go but she is a keeper. I wish I wouldāve started with her earlier.

Great workout! I added a couple things for me personally to challenge myself. I added 40 second plank holds between each set of goblet squats. And I added 3 sets of Bulgarian split squats before abdominal crunches.
