Amazing! The workouts are fool proof and amazing. She is very detailed. I’ve had a few personal trainers I had to let go but she is a keeper. I wish I would’ve started with her earlier.

Great workout! I added a couple things for me personally to challenge myself. I added 40 second plank holds between each set of goblet squats. And I added 3 sets of Bulgarian split squats before abdominal crunches.
