I purchased this challenge because I am in between boxing camps and needed some motivation to stay fit while I work out alone. I loved all Carla's posts so thought I would give this 21 day shred a try! The work outs are clearly outlined, as are times and reps. And the video's clearly show the correct form for each segment. The fact that a beginner and advanced level are also offered is superb. Not just increased times but varying excercies. The excercies done at the required lengths provide challenge, and you can feel more definition coming on in varying body parts after only one week. It has shown me a few muscle groups that definitely need more attention!!! I am looking forward to the remaining two weeks of the challenge, and using the excercises and program in future. It is wonderful to have unlimited lifetime access. My only thought for improvement would be to advise those new to working out to ensure they do a warm up and cool down. My advice: take the challenge! Well worth the money, well worth investing in yourself, so put the music on, grab a friend, and join Carla's group to sweat it out!

I love how easy it is to join along to. I think it could be better with Carla talking us through it as we do it? So we watch her and join in with her at the same time.

I’m at the end of week 1 of the 21 day challenge with Carla and I have to say it’s been wonderful! Some exercises are difficult (some quite difficult) and some not so much. Yet I’m listening to my body and enjoying it! It had sparked in me a deep desire to ‘shred’ and I can’t wait to continue! Thank you, Carla, for inspiring us and keeping us motivated.
