I’ve been around fitness and working out for years Chadoy’s workout to me are far from cookie cutter type programs,starting from day 1 no matter if it’s a challenge or workout program it all makes sense and affective pushes you to the limits and notice changes immediately would recommend 💪🏽👀💪🏽

The eight weeks shred program is the best thing that could ever had happened to me. Even though I’m still playing catch-up with the workouts it’s always pushing me to my limit. It’s a good program so far but needs atleast two alternate meals to choose from because eating the same thing over and over gets tedious.
