This Challenge is a testament to Chanel’s advanced fitness experience. I have learned a lot from this challenge and I say this as level 3 qualified personal trainer. I have gotten so many tips from Chanel since I first started following her so I was intrigued to take part in this challenge more so from a ‘locking in and staying disciplined’ perspective but I have won on both ends as I have learned alot from the exercises as well including tips that will help me gain more from exercises. She has introduced so many advanced routines to me that are a killer and game changer. The Solin app also makes it possible for many women to actively keep in touch and get generic advice and support. Chanel is so supportive and for me personally her advice in terms of dieting tips and workouts have been really resourceful. I will totally recommend and have been recommending this challenge to anyone that cares to listen. I am only half way through the Challenge and can see my goals coming to fruition CLEARLY. Chanel’s challenge is also designed to cover a range of fitness goals (weight loss, strength training, muscle building, overall toning, etc). It is designed with various fitness levels taken into consideration so there’s exercises for both beginners, intermediate and advanced fitness levels. A solid 10/10

The challenge tested my fitness for the first two days, but I put mind over everything, pushed through the tight muscles and my the end of the week, I was loving it! Great, consistent exercises that target every muscle.
