I really love this program, it’s very detailed and shows you exactly what you need to do and the proper way to do it which I find very beneficial cause I have back and knee problems and don’t want to be doing something I never done before and get hurt cause I didn’t know how to do it right. So I find that most helpful for me .

The workouts are everything and very challenging. I love it! I'm just having an issue on reading the updated meal plan... other than that I can wait to see some results.. oh and I was in the pervious 6am challenging and let me tell you, necks has been stepped on, broken all of that lol... I purchased this to help get back into the gym and be consistent.. however, I have really enjoyed this challenge it has put me back on track I have a routine and the results are showing woohoo!! I am sad that this is the last week, but I am going to continue on and just do more sets and reps as the weeks go... This was amazing! Thank you Edwina

I love how easy it is to follow the workouts and that meal plans are not complicated at all. Week 1 was great as I didn’t find it overly challenging where it would discourage me. I’m happy thus far and this might be my fave challenge. It’s left to see

I really like the challenge I signed up for. The host is hands on and answers our questions in a timely manner, however I wish it was a bit more detailed. I feel like I’ve been more focused on asking questions that should have been automatically provided as far as seasonings to use or not to use, what size weights to use or even alternative foods to substitute with. I also feel that when the host post something it should stay at the top of the community so we challengers don’t have to keep scrolling back through her original post which gets buried under all the other post. Other than that I’m enjoying experience.

I love the intensity of the workouts and that you work different muscle groups in one session. I’d say the biggest flaw is the number of exercises one needs to do in one session. There’s no way one can do that many exercises in an hour. You’d have to break it up into two sessions to get all those exercises done in a day and that’s not practical for most people.
