I am learning new stretches. Hopefully soon I will be able to do thr splits without the assist from the split machine.

Really grateful for this stretch program. It's easily accessible and I can always come back to it. I've always wanted to be very flexible but never stretched so I am a bit stiff (can't wait until the day I can use was stiff). It feels great to actually be following through with this goal I've always wanted. This is the most consistent I've ever been with a stretch routine and im excited to keep going. Aysia is a fantastic instructor. Very motivating, encouraging, and fun. Ive done an in person stretch bootcamp with her before doing the 30 day beginner flexibility challenge and it was intense but very worth it. I was very sore each day but I could see the difference by the end of the bootcamp. These online stretch challenges are helpful for having a daily home routine I can easily follow which is what I was looking for. Looking forward to my progress in the new year and continuing my journey with Aysia. Finally got around to taking before photos so excited to see where I will be by the end of the next challenge I do.

Flexibility Journey with Aysia is absolutely amazing and essential! It was worth the price. I bought another class as well. Her videos were excellent and the exercises descriptions were very thorough. I highly recommend her classes. I can tell a difference in my body because of her classes!

I loved this challenge! Aysia is such a phenomenal instructor and so encouraging! Not only is she knowledgeable, but she’s also so encouraging. I look forward to taking this challenge again, especially since I wasn’t able to complete it all due to health reasons that arose.

This program is challenging for sure but effective. I will continue to work through it over again. My hips were extremely tight. They are still very tight but this program is helping. I’m committed to working this to get them more loose. I’m enjoying this program and believe that it is valuable. I would recommend to others.

This has been an amazing experience. I bought this because my hips locked up bad after I was injured. I could feel a difference after the first session. After the first week I felt about back to my former mobility and I've kept going to see how much more I can do. Thank you for putting this together. I will keep an eye out for more programs from you.

It was an amazing challenge! Aysia helped me push past my normal tendencies and I see how I can finally get my splits before the end of the year! Everyone was so helpful and encouraging throughout the stretch challenge and It made me want to do even more. 10/10 highly recommend!!

Would buy it again and again! This is the best I've been able to stretch in my entire life. This challenge really boosted my confidence as well. I think it's good for beginners and non beginners! You are going to be uncomfortable if you really try... keep going! Aysia (the coach) was so supportive and really pushed us. The girls participating were life giving and we really supported each other. I could barely touch the ground at first.

I loved this stretching challenge. The instructions and videos were easy to follow. Aysia created this program for all levels of stretchers. I loved our weekly Zoom sessions and the daily check-ins in the community chat. They really helped me stay consistent with my daily stretches. If you follow the plan, the results will follow!!! I highly recommend her programs!!!

You don’t realize how important stretching is until you lose your mobility. Aysia (the stretch queen) gave me the tools and motivation I needed to stretch more. It may not be easy but it’s worth it.

This was amazing. I wouldn't change anything about the challenge. Wish it was longer. And little more zoom time. It taught me to be accountable and true to myself. Not to skip do and try different things. So I'm grateful. My best days were back and hips. My dislike day was full body. I'm team Aysia all day

I purchased this product to help me with flexibility and balance. I appreciate Ms Aysia and all that she gave and poured out. She was firm and yet enjoyable to be a part of. I could not have done any of the things I could do now if she didn't encourage and push me to be great. My least favorite was hamstrings but now they are tolerable. My favorite is back and hip day

I have just finished the first week and overall I like the program so far. I would also like to share that I think the individual day focuses are good, but I think that we could also benefit from having these elements such as strengthening in each days routine. Also, I think the program would flow better if I could follow along to a video of you doing the whole workout instead of mini instructional videos.
