I loved it all , I’ve been training around a year now and not really followed a set program. I knew this was stopping my progress. I did sometimes struggle to get the 5 days a week in and I missed a few cardio sessions and ab work outs but I still feel I got great results . I would have loved to have seen the results if I stuck to the plan 100% I do wish I took better photos to show my progress. I have added week 1 , 3 & 6
