Love this glute day! I wish there was consistency in the splits, the welcome note is different than the tracking. But otherwise it’s been great!

Great workout plan, but I thought it would be more interactive in general, e.g. checking off exercises and entering the amount of weight

I purchased it with the expectation for it to be something else. I thought the layout and logging would be much smarter and well done. Haven’t even used it at all. I actually do want a refund. I had to go back to my other training app, it was waaay better.
