Hurray!!! I was feeling my core today lightly. I consider it as an achievement after back to back pregnancies in 2024,2025. Currently i am on 6 months post partum of my second baby. Wish to go back to my pre pregnancy weight. I am not sure what is the reason reverse plank was the toughest. I couldnt hold myself continuously more than 5 seconds. Overall i had a great session.

it’s been really good so far it’s hard for me because i have the baby crawling on me while working out but it gives me something to look forward to and i feel good im doing something for myself

The program is good, I would give a star more if the descriptions were clearer. For example, in the description it says 12 repeats, but then when you follow she counts until 20... that can be confusing. What I can say is that I feel these workouts make me stronger. Not sure if they help my diastasis, but they sure make me stronger.

The exercises are great but there are some discrepancies between videos and the actual number of reps, the videos are too small on a phone to follow the posture. Also day 1 itself was very difficult for someone who hasn't exercised in a while and is postpartum.

Good experience overall but I would suggest improving videos and description. It’s important to talk a lot about form. Sometimes reps and sets are written out. First week the workouts were quite short. But I do like the workouts and enjoy the community
