I registered today and started late. Went shopping to meal prep. Just finished the workout and it was a lot 😩 Still learning this app, forgot to push the start button when I started working out. First day, hopefully it will get better, I'm definitely committed to finishing what I started. Looking to tone up and lose body fat !!!
