I love the ability to track from week to week to week. I love the videos to return to as I gain confidence in a whole new mindset of being in the gym. I love the intensity of the workout and I have gotten so much stronger minus a gym mishap this week. I would do this again and again until I hit my goal. I am hoping I have the chance to do so!

I’ve been really enjoying Jens 6 week program! There’s the core movements every week but a few different exercises thrown in too to keep it interesting. I’d recommend it to any level

Challenging if you know the right weight for yourself. Love the ease and honestly how quickly I run these programs and feel like I did something meaningful. 💪🏽

I like that I’m trying some new movements I haven’t tried in my current training program. I do wish it was a bit more challenging. Maybe more reps per set. I am liking it over all. I’m adding this as a supplement to another program to really feel pushed every training day
