I absolutely love this cookbook! I haven't tasted a bad recipe yet, there easy to make and follow, and that's big for someone who does not like to cook. So thank you Josh!

Looking at Josh’s fitness and workouts is an inspiration. Seeing that he gave Alittle insight on some of his meals and cooking ideas was awesome. Compared to the last cookbook that I bought from Josh, it seems on the meal prep cookbook that Josh up’d his game. I enjoy the more recipe choices and some of them with an Instagram video to support it. Thanks again so much!

I love my purchase. I have already made a few dishes prepping for breakfast and dinner like stuffed bell peppers

The pictures are great, the recipes are good EXCEPT for certain recipes that don't list quantities (take the Chipotle Steak Bowl for instance). Having no quantities listed for the steak, rice, sauce, or pico ingredients is disappointing. That recipe in particular is why I paid for this e-book! Also, it would be most helpful if some of the odd ingredients (i.e. "protein flour") would have a note explaining what it is/where to find it. I'm a seasoned cook and baker and I've never heard of "protein flour."

Couldn't download the book, so I wasted my money on it, and the other prep book I bought never received, and that was the first one I bought and they say they never received my order I got on my credit card statement

Tried to get a refund and couldnt get one recipes werent good at all

Kindly check the protein content of this recipe. Its not 37g. Per serving. It only gives around 15g per serving.

You nees to review your ingredients , number of calories per serving because some of the recipes are not accurate. Some of the ingredients were not listed but its on the preparation or procedure🙄
