The structure and options are great. I like how there is room for different workouts and active rest. The length of the workouts are perfect and it's helpful that there is room to take notes each day. It would be great to have a video dedicated to form, especially for beginners. Some of the exercises, like lunges, deadlines, and split squats would be more effective with guidance on form. Other than that, everything is great.

Got my rhythm going in the gym. Did everything and added 60 sec steps between each set. Had to sub one movement and added abd crunch instead. Week 2 day 1 complete. Let's Go!

So far I am liking the program you all created in Solin. My only suggestion is the timer function. With J&T’s challenge, it would be helpful if the timer could be set to different intervals instead of consecutively running. Thanks for checking up on me!! I’ve been enjoying the community

Enjoy most workouts, but I have really bad back and knee pain, so it's pretty hard to do a lot of the workouts, but I still try!!!

I have really enjoyed the program so far. The app is easy to use! But.... one improvement I would like is being able to download it on a Windows laptop. Having a bigger screen would help to follow it easier. But the work out and program that Juice and Toya have created is incredible!

I feel its a good tool for people who are new to healthy eating/living. This was not helpful to someone who has this knowledge already.
