Loving the first week so far! I did another popular creator workout before this one and spent too much time figuring out the best form and felt stiff afterwards. I appreciate that Kaila provides instructions on getting the best form in her videos. Additionally, she provides sections for warm ups and cool downs which are so important!!!

I love the structure of these workouts and how doable they are! The only reason it’s not a 10/10 for me is the lack of machine use in the gym version:)

I am unfortunately not impressed by these workouts. I feel the movements are fine but it’s hard to feel like Kaila actually does these workouts. It seems like she went to film all these exercises for 10 seconds each one day. I would have preferred a full length video of her doing it along with us. My biggest issue is the reps per side are not specified. Are you doing 12 lunges per side? Or 12 total?
