Absolutely have loved this challenge! It's been so motivating to have others pushing through the same things as I am and encouraging each other. It was also so helpful having a guideline and a tracker, as a beginner it really helped me to stay on track. I would love to see some core workouts thrown in. Even if it was just one per day's exercise. My mid section has been the most stubborn through this. But overall I am so happy with how this has helped me and I can't wait for the next challenge!

Oh my gosh!!!! I absolutely LOVE this work out challenge. I have fell behind and was so determined to catch up, and did. I know for the next one I need more weights. I workout at home and this has pushed me in all the good ways. I even started using the walking pad everyday. Such a game changer for me. I want to do it now. I have gotten to where I can do 2 miles in around 50 minutes with an 8 pound weighted vest on. HUGE improvement for me. When I started this challenge I wasn’t working out at all. I highly recommend it.

I love that the workouts are simple but effective. I like that there is a timer to time workouts and that you can track your sets and weight used each week. It is an awesome organized app.

I really like the community aspect, I dislike that there are not videos for every single exercise. Coming from someone who is unsure of what I’m doing I thought video would show me exactly what to do. I have been using YouTube if I didn’t know how to preform the exercises but it would just be more convenient if proper form and video was posted for every exercise. I appreciate the home and gym version of each workout plan though.
