I do like the structured workouts and the demos. They are challenging. I also like the calls with Kaytlin and follow-up videos. The community is also nice.

This program has been awesome! So flexible and easy to follow the instructions on how to do the exercises! Kaytlin is an amazing trainer, I love her way of teaching the exercises, nutrition. But most importantly she’s very encouraging, attentive, and supportive! I would and have highly recommended Kaytlin to train anyone!
