Love this workout lay out - last week I didn’t know how to feel about the speed skaters, but I loved them today! I usually skip cardio, and I like this workout to get my heart rate up more than weight lifting alone would.

I’m a bit behind this week so did Monday and Tuesday today! Proud that I could do both in one day. Today felt like I was really back in athletics doing two a days lol. Front squats are challenging but working on my what form and I think I’m gettin getter!

I love the detailed coaching descriptions for each movement along with the videos to help me along my journey. The structure of the workouts are also my absolute fav! Each day there is a challenge that I have to face and overcome and it brightens my day each time!
