Korpo did her thing with this one!!! I love each set of exercises. They are challenging but doable and I feel will get you there to your goal with dedication and consistency. I do recommend it

Didn’t know I had to pay for the workout plan separately. $19.99 to signup and $35 I believe to get the actual workout plan is expensive. I enjoyed her old workout plans on MyArc.
