So far I've learnt alot about deep core, the workouts are enjoyable, and well put together.

Like the combo of Pilates and strength training in a program. but the workouts lacked warm ups, and I don’t recall a list of equipment needed for the Pilates portion. It was more beginner friendly. Wasn’t mad at the short weight training session!
