As a Pilates Instructor myself with a Kinesiology Degree.... I needed this! A good reset and a good reminder to lead back to the core but also adding those strength elements. This has not only become a better student but also a better teacher. I've been following Krsna for some time now on social media and I am always so excited for her workouts.. truly 1 of 1 and I hope to deliver as an instructor as beautifully as she does!

Like the combo of Pilates and strength training in a program. but the workouts lacked warm ups, and I don’t recall a list of equipment needed for the Pilates portion. It was more beginner friendly. Wasn’t mad at the short weight training session!
