Kyla is an excellent trainer! I've done two challenges with her now and she is inspiring, inclusive, educational, and a wonderful human! She created amazing programming and truly cares about your progress and experience! HIGHLY recommended!!

If you get the chance to learn from Kyla, take it! The StrongHER challenge provided workouts that were clearly laid out, offering flexibility depending on if you were working out at home or the gym. The app was easy to use and made tracking your workouts easy!

I joined because I admire Kyla’s dedication to health and fitness, and her very genuine desire to share her vast knowledge with the masses. Kyla is an expert in her field, and I desperately needed some guidance to get myself going on a strength training routine. The videos and instructions provided by Kyla were so incredibly helpful. I watched them every week. The routine itself was easy to follow and completely doable with my crazy busy schedule. I was also very excited with some of the strength gains I made. More than doubling my weight on many of the exercises over the four weeks.I would highly recommend anybody looking to start or refresh their strength routine; reach out to Kyla for some guidance. I know I will continue to do so.

I had an amazing experience with Kyla’s StrongHER challenge! As someone who isn’t a fan of long gym sessions, I really appreciated how the workouts were quick, easy to follow, and super effective. The group accountability was a huge plus, allowing me to share my wins and frustrations with others. Kyla was a wonder cheerleader along the way and I really appreciated her knowledge!! Overall, it was a wonderful and motivating experience!
