I love this workout split! It’s unique and different from what I’m used to. I love that 4 days of the split you are working both your upper and lower body in different muscle parts.

Great programm, different than I use to train but I really like it. I keep my notifications on so I stay motivated by all the other gymgirls. I love the community, we are supporting each other.
