Not feeling my best but we are pushing through ! Even on hard days we have to show up for each other !

So far the home workouts have been great! I feel the burn through out the workout and I feel sore in different places meaning I’m working different muscles! Definitely enjoying it

Bombbb workouts !!! The soreness makes me feel empowered. And motivated me to not give up !!
