I loved this workout! I feel awesome I done it! The gym was a little bit overwhelming at the start trying to find all the equipment but I got it done! There is a few exercise I need to focus on my form for but overall I feel great! Day 1 complete!!!

Absolutely love this work out program so far. Super easy to follow along and understand. Great to be able to do the movements in loop along with Maxi and I can even listen to my music in the background. Canāt wait to see my final results but can already feel the burn and feel the difference.

This is the first 6 weeks challenge Iāve ever attempted and Iām so proud to say Iāve made it to week 6. This has been an amazing journey and Iām so grateful for the opportunity! Thank you Maxi for providing a service so realistic, motivating and inspiring for women especially mums - definitely a SAFE SPACE. Itās only been 6 weeks but this has been the lightest and strongest Iāve ever been in 6 years after having my first son. š Being a young mum to 3 boys, I can say it feels so good to be a little selfish and focus on my health. I have to say, this is one of the best training (online and in-person) I've ever done and actually stuck to. This is my last week, week 6, and I'm not going to lie, I really am going to miss this and Maxi because she is so good, so real, so fun and so motivating. Thank you Maxi for all your virtual support, lol! I look forward to doing more of these, should you have any lined up in the near future.

Maxi absolutely did her thing with this program. Time wise The way she makes the program doable and not overwhelming is amazing. This was the first time Iāve ever stuck to a program till the end. And itās so safe for the mamas with diastasis recti. My core has never been stronger since having my baby! The exercises are straight forward and she was very interactive with us ladies in the chat. Highly recommend!

I love the structure of the works. Hits all body parts along with mobility. There are video demos of each exercise with gym and home options plus alternatives. Some coaches don't have true home based options for every day but this one does. So far, I love it! Her personality is a plus, very engaging.

Joining this 6-week challenge has honestly been one of the best decisions Iāve made for myself in a long time. Iāve always struggled with staying consistent and completing challenges, but this time feels different. Maxiās workouts are so thoughtfully put together, thereās such a great variety, and she explains and demonstrates everything so clearly that it feels achievable yet effective. What I love most is that I finally have a routine that fits into my life and that I actually enjoy. Being able to do it all from home and still feel challenged and motivated has been a game changer. Iām genuinely grateful for this program, its helped me rebuild confidence, discipline, and a sense of pride in showing up for myself again.

As a mum of five and a university student, my schedule is always full but Iāve made time for Maxiās 6 Week Weight Loss Challenge, and itās one of the best decisions Iāve ever made! Before I started this challenge, I was always feeling tired, lazy & heavy , 2 weeks into the challenge I noticed a drastic change in my energy. So , for me it was not just weight loss,ā¦this challenge boosted my energy & mindset!ā Just what I needed at a time in my life.. This Challenge has been life changing for me. It is by far the best thing I have ever done for myself and I have Maxi to thank for being such an incredible person with so much inspiration for moms like me who are struggling to get back in shape and gain their confidence back after childbirth. The workouts are great and the support from Maxi and other lovely women from the community is excellent. I highly recommend this program to anyone looking to lose weight and getting back in shape.
