謝謝May的健身菜單,頭兩星期既家居版課節 (共六節)另加每星期健身房的pilates (輕量版兩節),我已經慢慢見到個上身有些shape up (形態),而我本身是啤梨型,感覺好神奇,而用的啞鈴只是1.5kg - 重點發現是做對動作更有感。本身是有打籃球,這個菜單更幫助我預防受傷!謝謝你和團體的製作,讚!

Great program! However, would be great if the video demo subtitles can stay on screen longer for us to read. Sometimes it just move on too fast

Done a few workout programs before and this is the only one that actually helped me develop muscles. Feel so much stronger and sexier just after 8 weeks 😉 Highly recommend May's programs!
