Send challenge I've done with Michael and this one finally got me over the plateau I'd been stuck on for a year. Started Heat Wave at 212 and finished at 201, but the number I actually care about is my squal - added 35lbs in six weeks because the progressive overload is programmed like actually expects you to follow it. The daily structure took all the tinking out of it: open the app, do the work, log it, done. When my lower back tweaked in week 3 I posted in the community half-expecting silence and michael replied within the hour with two swaps that kept me training through it. My wife started asking what Ive been doing differently, which honestly is the only review that matters. Already signed up for whatever comes next.

I almost didn't sign up for the 6 Week Heat Wave because I'd fallen off hard since last summer β barely training twice a week and eating like garbage. Six weeks later I'm down 9 lbs, my lifts are back over where they were a year ago, and I actually look forward to training again. The programming is the real deal: every week built on the last, the supersets kept sessions under an hour, and the mobility finishers quietly fixed the shoulder pinch I'd been ignoring for months. What surprised me most was Michael himself β I asked a question about substituting dumbbells for the barbell days and he answered in the community same day with an actual video. Week 4 I wanted to quit during the leg circuit and the check-in thread kept me honest. If you're on the fence, just do it β this is the first program I've finished start to finish and I'm rolling straight into whatever he drops next.
