I absolutely love this product. The app is extremely user friendly and so detailed. It's such a great way to keep track of my workouts and weight-lifting progression. Only 1 week in, but super impressed by this app and program. 10/10 would recommend!

For me personally, the Summer Sculpt Challenge Program was by far one of the best I have come across. It was intense, challenging and I loved the variety of exercises throughout the 6 week program. I noticed results after the 1st week, which kept me motivated to continue. Everyone in the community posting, were motivating also. The investment was well worth it. It's been a long time since I have felt this good. I'm so looking forward to participating in the next challenge. Let's get it, let's go!!

This is by far one of my favorite ladies to support, she’s an amazing motivator, teacher & not to mention an incredible mother! I will be signing up for every challenge, she really pushes you to your limit but man is it a great feeling when you achieve just one day. Thank you Nicolette for it!

I loved this work out plan, it got me back on my feet in the gym and more motivated to continue the journey. I started doing two a days because of my work, in active duty so I have to work around that schedule. I plan on re doing this whole workout plan as well. Thank you for being such a big influence . I have been following you for a while and you are such a kick ass person, and also a great mom. This experience was great. Thank you so much, I will be looking for your next challenges (: my body isn’t where I want it to be but I’m a lot closer!

Loved everything about this challenge. The push it gives you, the support from the community, and accountability it teaches you is gratifying. I am looking forward to more challenges in the future and the only thing ive noticed from the challenge was the home work outs not having alternatives for at home for a select few work outs. Overall 5 stars!!

Absolutely loved this challenge. Only thing that could make it better would be having video exercises showing how to do the exercises for at home without gym equipment for those who don’t have access to the gym equipment. Other than that it’s a fantastic program! Would love to see more from Nicolette.

I discovered new exercises that I love that I’ll def be adding into my routine! I loved that there were 3 leg days, before starting the challenge I was only doing 2 days, but I think I’m gonna continue doing 3🥹 you put me on to so much!! Thank you again!! 🩷🩷

I loved the workouts! Thank you for the time you put into the program! In terms of feedback I wanted to share that some of the home exercises had gym machines and therefore I had to Google alternatives. Also some of the reps clearly noted 10 on each leg and some didn’t so it would be helpful to have that clarified. Other than that, I would definitely do another challenge again!!

So thankful for the versatility but I wish the home workouts were more pertained to what's accessible at home and ways to use/do those workouts from home.

My only concern about the program was the in some days as a home workout it showed machine workout (gym) other than that the whole challenge was amazing and it push me to do it. I could not finish the challenge but I am interested in the next one.

I think if you have a full gym this is good for you. Home workouts are not so effective if you don’t have the proper equipment. All the videos were in a gym. I would recommend doing also any substitutions in case one can’t do certain exercises.

I wish the workouts were more even. Having 3 days of legs is too much and 1 day of any upper body isn’t ideal either

The plan is very confusing, the home version still uses equipment. And the gym version is just a video of the work out with no explanation of the proper form nor clarity on beginners with what the reps mean . Just a very confusing work out
