As a single mom with a busy schedule, this program has brought me so much peace. I honestly thought working out almost every day for six weeks would feel overwhelming, but God placed such ease in the way everything is structured. The workouts, the clear instructions, the app, and the tracking features feel perfectly orchestrated. I’m staying consistent, tracking my progress, feeling stronger, and seeing real results. I’m not even halfway through yet, and the momentum alone has been life-giving. I’m truly grateful for this experience and fully committed to it. Oylinda is something special.

I’m soooo happy about the transformation I got in 6 weeks with this program, it transformed me to a more anthletic mindset which I love. The constant support in the community was a huge plus. Cant wait to do it again.

Good workout routine. Week 1 was very intense so I’ve given 4 stars and would recommend a more moderate start to the programme.

It seems like other trainers were more involved in their group's comments and supporting them more. Oyinda only came in the comments on Sunday to say keep going she did not engage with us at all which is very disappointing.
