I’m getting so much out of this challenge! I love pushing myself to accomplish short term goals. I love seeing how toned my legs get with each workout!

Honestly, just WOW. First, this challenge was definitely challenging. It’s exactly what I am looking for when I am dedicating 6 weeks of prioritizing my gym time to see results. I did this with three friends and we all noticed changes in our bodies with weight loss and toning even just two weeks in. Second, I thought getting through the abs would be impossible, but I was shocked at how quickly my body was able to adapt to the requirements! I already considered myself relatively fit and athletic, but now I walk around and get compliments from strangers at my physique saying how strong I look and that I’m inspiring them to get into shape. I feel amazing thanks to this challenge! Great work Paulina!

Holy cow was this challenge challenging, but the results are amazing!!!!! I literally have abs that I’ve never had before and my back is totally shredded. Paulina was so helpful whenever we had any questions. She really motivated me to kick my but into high gear!
