PREPARATION
Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the avocado oil.
Pour the egg whites into a bowl and lightly whisk with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Add the turkey bacon slices to the skillet and cook until they start to become crispy, then remove and chop into bite-sized pieces.
