1 tsp Ground Coriander
1 tsp Paprika
Salt and Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside the yogurt-spice sauce.
Pat the chicken breast dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a medium non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breast and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through and has a golden crust.
