Preheat your oven to 400°F.
In a bowl, combine the ground turkey, whole wheat breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix for tender meatballs.
Form the mixture into evenly sized meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter, and place them on a lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake the meatballs for 15-18 minutes, or until they are cooked through and lightly browned.
While the meatballs are baking, spiralize the zucchinis to form noodles. If you don’t have a spiralizer, you can use a vegetable peeler to create thin ribbons.
In a large pan, lightly heat the zucchini noodles over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until just tender, being careful not to overcook to retain their crunch.
Warm the marinara sauce separately either on the stovetop or in the microwave.
Serve the turkey meatballs over the zucchini noodles, drizzling the warm marinara sauce on top. Enjoy a nutritious, balanced meal perfect for any time of day.
