Herb-Crusted Pan Seared Salmon with Roasted Broccoli
Enjoy a delightful meal featuring a perfectly pan-seared, herb-crusted salmon paired with crisp, roasted broccoli. The combination of fresh herbs and a hint of garlic elevates the natural flavors of the salmon, while the broccoli provides a satisfying crunch and vibrant color to the plate.
INGREDIENTS
5 oz Salmon Fillet
2 cups chopped Broccoli
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Dried Thyme
1/2 tsp Dried Rosemary
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
In a small bowl, combine dried thyme, dried rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Pat the salmon fillet dry. Rub the herb mixture evenly over the top of the salmon.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the salmon skin-side down and sear for 3-4 minutes until a golden crust forms.
Carefully flip the salmon and cook for another 3 minutes, or until desired doneness is achieved.
Meanwhile, toss the chopped broccoli with olive oil, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet.
Roast the broccoli in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until tender and slightly crisp on the edges.
Plate the salmon alongside the roasted broccoli and serve immediately.
