Savor tender thin-cut chicken breasts perfectly crispy with a light almond flour coating, paired with vibrant garlic-infused green beans. This dish is a delightful balance of lean protein and fresh vegetables, ideal for a satisfying and energizing meal.
INGREDIENTS
6 oz Thin Chicken Breast
1/4 cup Almond Flour
2 Garlic Cloves
1 cup Green Beans
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
PREPARATION
Pat the chicken breast dry with paper towels. Season both sides lightly with salt and black pepper.
Place the almond flour on a plate. Dredge the chicken on both sides in the almond flour, shaking off excess.
Heat half of the olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until the coating is golden and the chicken is cooked through.
Remove the chicken from the skillet and cover loosely to keep warm.
In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the green beans and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp and slightly charred on the edges.
Plate the chicken and green beans together, and drizzle any remaining garlic oil from the pan over the top. Serve immediately.
