1 cup Broccoli

2 oz Bio Yoghurt

1 tsp Olive Oil

PREPARATION
Pat the salmon dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Place the salmon side down and sear for about 2-3 minutes on each side until lightly browned and cooked through.
While the salmon is cooking, steam the broccoli until it becomes tender yet retains a bright green color, about 4-5 minutes.
