PREPARATION
Prep by separating egg whites from yolks or measure out pre-packaged egg whites.
Spray a non-stick skillet with a little olive oil and heat over medium heat.
Add the turkey sausage to the skillet. Grill slices until heated through and lightly browned, then remove and set aside.
