INGREDIENTS
150g Lean Ground Chicken
1 oz Reduced-Fat Mozzarella Cheese
15g Turkey Pepperoni
1 large Egg White
2 tbsp Almond Flour
1/4 cup Tomato Sauce
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
Salt & Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
In a bowl, combine the lean ground chicken with the egg white, almond flour, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until the ingredients are well-incorporated.
Divide the mixture into two equal portions. Flatten each portion into a thin patty on a lightly greased baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Place a slice of reduced-fat mozzarella cheese in the center of each patty. Carefully fold the edges over the cheese to fully enclose it, forming a stuffed patty.
Make a small indentation on the top of each patty and spoon a little tomato sauce into it.
Top each patty with turkey pepperoni pieces, gently pressing them into the surface.
Preheat your oven to 400°F. Bake the patties for 18-20 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the cheese is melted and slightly bubbly.
Once baked, let the patties rest for a couple of minutes before serving. Enjoy these delicious, protein-packed pizza patties!
