INGREDIENTS
4.75 ounces Salmon Fillet
1 cup Cooked Brown Rice
1 cup Green Beans
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
2 cloves Garlic
Salt & Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Pat the salmon dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the salmon, skin-side down if applicable, and sear for about 3-4 minutes until a golden crust forms.
Flip the salmon and cook for another 3-4 minutes or until the salmon reaches your desired doneness. Remove from heat and let it rest.
In a separate pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the green beans to the pan with garlic, toss to coat, and sauté for about 4-5 minutes until tender but still crisp. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Prepare the cooked brown rice if not already done. If reheating, warm it gently on the stove or in the microwave.
Plate the brown rice, arrange the seared salmon on top or beside, and add the garlic green beans on the side. Serve warm.
