Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, combine the ground turkey, minced garlic, a drizzle of 1 tsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined to avoid tough meatballs.
Form the turkey mixture into small meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until fully cooked and lightly browned.
While the meatballs are baking, use a spiralizer or vegetable peeler to create zucchini noodles from the zucchini. Set aside.
In a small saucepan, gently heat the tomato sauce over low-medium heat; season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Once warmed, remove from heat.
To plate, arrange a bed of zucchini noodles, top with the baked turkey meatballs, and spoon over the warm tomato sauce.
Finish by drizzling 1 tsp of olive oil over the dish and garnishing with grated Parmesan cheese and torn fresh basil leaves.
Serve warm and enjoy this clean, flavorful dinner.
