6 oz Cod Fillet
1 cup Green Beans
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Fresh Herbs (Thyme & Parsley), chopped
Salt & Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the cod fillet on a lightly greased baking dish. Drizzle with half of the olive oil and squeeze the lemon juice over the fish.
Season the cod with salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of the chopped fresh herbs.
